Privacy policy

Safe Deal respects your privacy. Because you can browse and redeem without an account, we collect very little personal data.

Data we collect

• Contact information you share with us (WhatsApp number, email) when you contact us to order.
• Manual payment reference (if applicable) so we can reconcile your order.
• Technical metadata on redemption attempts — IP address and user-agent — used purely for security and abuse prevention.

Data we do not collect

• We do not require accounts to redeem codes.
• We do not store payment card information.
• We do not sell your data to third parties.

Encryption

Voucher secrets and any custom fulfillment content are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Decryption happens only at the moment of an authorized redemption or an audited admin reveal.

Cookies

The customer-facing website uses no analytics cookies by default. Admin sessions use a single signed cookie scoped to the admin domain only.
