Refund policy
How refunds work for digital products fulfilled by Safe Deal.

Because Safe Deal sells digital goods that are delivered immediately via redeem codes, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Eligible for a refund
- The product was delivered but cannot be redeemed because of a confirmed issue on our side.
- A region or platform restriction was not clearly listed on the product page.
- We could not source the product after manual payment (full refund issued).
Not eligible for a refund
- You changed your mind after the code was revealed.
- You used the code on the wrong account or platform.
- You waited past the product's redemption window.
How to request a refund
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your code via WhatsApp or email. Provide the Safe Deal order or code reference, what went wrong, and any screenshots. We respond within 24 hours.
How refunds are issued
Refunds are issued back through the same manual payment channel you used. Processing times depend on the payment method.
